That’s the peak time of the year to taste one of the best truffles: Tuber melanosporum, called the black truffle, Périgord truffle or French black truffle.
You can find a lot of products: truffles cheese, truffle saucissons, truffle sauce, and you can also simply order the fresh truffles and make your own dishes!
