Mustapha NAÏT CHERIF has been working in the field of social protection for over 10 years. His professional path is closely tied to his personal experience — that of a French national who spent several years living in Southeast Asia, facing the complex realities of expatriation firsthand.
With this dual expertise — both technical (as a specialized broker) and human (as an expatriate himself) — he founded Izem Expat, an independent insurance brokerage fully dedicated to French nationals living abroad.
His core belief: health should never be a source of uncertainty for an expatriate. Too often, the processes are complex, support is limited, and coverage is poorly adapted to on-the-ground realities.
