-Above rates are not applicable for convention, meeting, conference and incentive group. -All above corporate rates are net rates. 

-All above corporate rates include one breakfast. 

-Additional breakfast will be at RMB80 per person.  

-Negotiated rates are not applicable in conjunction with any special promotional program.

Additional Benefits on the Premier Floor (40^nd up 47^th Floor): 

-Enjoy evening cocktails and canapes (from 5:30pm to 8:00pm) at Art50 

Reservation Procedure:

All group inquiries (10 rooms or above) should be directly forwarded to the Hotel Sales  Office.

Guaranteed Booking: 

To facilitate guest check-in, we recommend all room reservation are guaranteed in  advance. 

Reservation may be guaranteed as follows; 

Credit card guarantee – Please advise name, card number and expiry date 

Pre-payment by cash equivalent to one night’s accommodation charges 

Cancellation of guaranteed booking must be made 24 hours prior to the day of arrival. No-show or cancellation within 24 hours will be charged at the rate of the first night’s  accommodation. 

Non-guaranteed Booking: 

Booking will only be held until 2:00 pm on the day of arrival. 

Arrival after this time will be subject to room availability 

If flight details are provided, we will hold the room 2 (two) hours after estimated time of  arrival for non-guaranteed room. 

Payment Arrangement: 

All charges are to be settled upon check out in cash or credit card. For cash payment, we  request a cash deposit from the guest upon check-in.
