White Collar Boxing (Hong Kong)

This session is designed for white collars who want to get fit and practice boxing, at any level.
Beginners are welcome; no experience required.
This is NOT a class; this is practice only. However, beginners will be helped, and everyone will support each other.
Just show up and have fun! Come anytime, leave anytime.
Monday evenings from 7pm.
