The Chairman  of the Ex-Servicemen’s Association\, the President of the Royal British Legion and committee members will  lay all the wreaths. Should wreath-layers wish to attend and lay their wreaths they should assemble at the  pedestrian in front of the Hong Kong Club at 1045 hours. If local storm warning signal No. 8 or higher /  black rainstorm / thunderstorm is in-forced the whole ceremony will be cancelled.
